ReplyDeleteMichelle thank you for the meatloaf idea, it sounds really good. My husband is diabetic so I am really careful about sugar and breads as well. I used a small amount of baked tortillas for the top and I do put breadcrumbs in but I am sure you could substitute something. I love your blog.
